REFUND POLICY

The policy of HOTSHOTS YOUTH SPORTS is to issue no refunds after the opening day of each session. Refunds for the 2023-2024 season must be requested by:

Session One: Friday, October 13, 2019

Session Two: Friday, January 7, 2020

Session Three: Friday, March 10, 2020

A $15 processing fee will be deducted from ALL requested refunds.

PRIVACY POLICY

HOTSHOTS YOUTH SPORTS only collects personal information when you request our services and only uses the information collected to provide those services for you. If you choose to make a purchase, you will be asked to provide contact information (such as your name and shipping address) and financial information (such as your credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to process your order. HOTSHOTS YOUTH SPORTS handles all of this data with the utmost confidentiality.
